{"id":507,"date":"2017-07-03T09:16:01","date_gmt":"2017-07-03T09:16:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bip.cw\/our-services\/i-envelope\/"},"modified":"2025-04-01T20:22:56","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T20:22:56","slug":"i-envelope","status":"publish","type":"bip_services","link":"https:\/\/www.bip.cw\/nl\/our-services\/i-envelope\/","title":{"rendered":"i-Envelope"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Het Bureau Intellectuele Eigendom, als de offici\u00eble autoriteit op Curacao voor de wettelijke bescherming van Intellectuele Eigendomsrechten, erkent de\u00a0<strong>i-Envelop<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong> voor de duur van 5 jaar tegen betaling van Cg 200,00 en Cg 250,00 voor 10 jaar.<\/p>\n<p>De i-Envelope die door het Bureau voor Intellectuele Eigendom Curacao is ingevoerd, geeft scheppers van idee\u00ebn gemoedsrust doordat ze weten dat een offici\u00eble organisatie garant staat voor de authenticiteit van de inhoud en de datum van ontvangst.<\/p>\n<p>De i-Envelope verschaft geen formele octrooibescherming en geeft de schepper van het idee ook niet het recht voordelen op te eisen die uit de Wet op het Auteursrecht voortvloeien.<\/p>\n<p>Ze verschaft een doeltreffende manier om uw creatie vanaf het begin te beschermen. Als de schepping of het idee zich ontwikkelt tot een product of dienst, kunnen de scheppers industri\u00eble formele intellectuele eigendomsrechten verkrijgen.
