As an intellectual property owner and a licensor, your S&SME can expand its business to the frontiers of your partners’ business. As a licensee, your S&SME can legally manufacture, sell, import, export, distribute and market various goods or services which it may be prevented from doing without a license agreement.<\/p>\n

A formal licensing agreement is possible only if the IPRs you wish to license are also protected in Cura\u00e7ao or other countries of interest to you. If your IPRs are not protected in Cura\u00e7ao or the countries of your interest it is advisable to protect your it before closing a licence agreement.
