Licensing of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) is an effective tool for achieving expansion of market position or improving the quality of the goods or services of your S&SME’s.
As an intellectual property owner and a licensor, your S&SME can expand its business to the frontiers of your partners’ business. As a licensee, your S&SME can legally manufacture, sell, import, export, distribute and market various goods or services which it may be prevented from doing without a license agreement.
A formal licensing agreement is possible only if the IPRs you wish to license are also protected in Curaçao or other countries of interest to you. If your IPRs are not protected in Curaçao or the countries of your interest it is advisable to protect your it before closing a licence agreement.
Also for a license agreement you may contact an IP representative.
